Trauma Recovery

I work with trauma survivors as peers, mentors, guides, and educators with the goal of helping my clients understand the recovery process, reconnect with themselves and the world while using their strengths to build a life they love living.

The overall goal of trauma Informed Mentoring is to support my client to move towards mastery of their particular situation and supporting them to find and learn ways and practice tools and skillsets. The major difference between therapy and trauma mentoring is the focus of work: therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while mentoring focuses on setting and achieving goals and overcoming moving forward. Some of the most successful people in sports, business, and in life have mentors. A legitimate mentor can take your life to a whole new level.

Subconscious
Imprinting
Technique (SIT)

S.I.T. is a science based healing system designed to uncover & release repressed emotions and unresolved trauma that’s contributing to chronic, physical symptoms in your life. What ever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.

I will try to pinpoint a moment in your life that something became and anchor in which you started to believe. These moments create impact in our lives, and sometimes start showing up in ways we don’t want.

Clients that I have worked with come to me with: anxiety, fatigue, fear, guilt, grief, anger, chronic pain, not sleeping, weight, feeling stuck, no motivation and more…
